Can’t Sleep…

The Conference starts in less than 8 hours, and I can’t sleep.
It is going to be an amazing event. An incredible last minute rush of people registering brought down the computer system and clogged the phone lines. Why do people wait?? Why do I continue to be amazed that people wait??
Just went over the presentation again for the Prince George’s Tour – it is awesome what is happening right now in Prince George’s – despite the current market conditions. The guys at the Prince George’s EDC got it right! “Its Our Time”.
Question: Why is it that everyone rushes into the stock market as it is about to crest, and everyone stands on the sidelines when there are real bargains in real estate.
I guess Dad was right. The world is made up of three kinds of people:
Those that make things happen, those that watch things happen, and those who stand around going “What just happened??”
We’ll talk more about this over the next couple of days…
