“National Harbor Changes Everything!”

Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley, County Executive Jack Johnson, and Prince George’s Own “Lady Grace” were amongst the group of celebrities at the Private Reception at the New National Harbor Project on the banks of the Potomac.
Although the plans, photos and website (http://www.nationalharbor.com/) have all been impressive, nothing compares to actually being on the site, amongst the scale floor models, looking out over the harbor area next to the cranes and seeing the development first hand.
In the coming weeks, months and years you will be hearing how one company has single handedly recreated all of the charm and appeal of the Inner-Harbor of Baltimore at the foot of the NEW Woodrow Wilson Bridge in Prince George’s County.
The project is both massive and impressive, but more importantly, it changes the entire mind-set of what Prince George’s County Maryland is all about, and specifically the area around the National Harbor Project. And once again, it clearly demonstrates how nothing can compare to an idea who’s time has come, and the power of ideas in terms of creating wealth for real estate investors.
