L-U-V Southwest!

It’s 11:30 and we finally get to Cleveland – 7 Hours Late. And to my amazement, as soon as we step off the plane and into the gate area we get a STANDING OVATION!
I’m like, what the heck is this? So I walk over to this guy and some woman (Anita) comes up and gives me a BIG KISS right on the cheek – Whoa!
So, what’s up with this? I ask the guy and he says: “My Girlfriend and I are just really happy to see you… We’ve been waiting for your flight to come in from BWI, so the plane could then take us to Chicago, and we’ve been waiting for the past 7-hours!”
So, I say: “7-hours! You Could have WALKED to Chicago from Cleveland in Way Less than 7-Hours!” “Yeah – we know he says, were just really, really glad to see you!”
You Gotta LUV Southwest – everything about this airline, including the customers, is just CRAZY!
