“OH PLEASE…!”

I’m off the drugs, and catching up on my emails from last week and I can not BELIEVE the JUNK I am seeing on real estate INVESTING!

Right now there are so many full of “baloney” schemes floating around the region titled: “How to Make Money In Real Estate” that it makes those of us who are the “Real Deal” sick to our stomachs…

You’ll find all kinds of people running around touting themselves as “Local Real Estate Gurus”, National Real Estate “Gurus”, Subject Matter “Gurus” …To hell with all of them – seriously!

All of these so called “experts” are making wild claims that can not possibly be true.

Think about it? How do you go from buying your first investment property less than a year ago to being some kind of “GURU”?

“OH PLEASE!”

How do you go from doing one-2-one coaching for less than 24 months and then claim to be the “biggest teacher of successful students in the region”, and If it really is one-2-one, how can you get past 48 people???

And for the life of me… How in the world do some of these so called “ethically minded teachers” possibly think they can get away with taking their Students to OTHER PEOPLE”S Projects, then taking their pictures in front of OTHER PEOPLE’S DEALS and then Claim Them AS THEIR OWN In THEIR Marketing??

“Give ME A BREAK!” “Ethically minded – this is nothing but out and out FRAUD!”

I say, “Its TIME To Put up, or LEAVE TOWN!”

Stop telling lies…stop telling people you have done something You CAN NOT POSSIBLY PROVE!

Let’s talk about where it really counts: How Many Lives Have You Really CHANGED?

So, here is my challenge. All the supposed GURU’s out there Put up your testimonials of your successful students, and lets See how many lives have really been changed by your real estate investing strategies. “PUT UP, OR LEAVE TOWN”, and take that snake oil you are peddling with you!

Sadly, I don’t think you will find many takers on my challenge…

Those of you who know my story, know how I used Real Estate Investing in 2001, to save me and my family From having to live in a cardboard box after the events of
September 11th allowed the FEDERAL Government to STEAL my business. A business that took 12 years to Nurture and grow – stolen from me like a THIEF In THE Night, By an uncaring, unsympathetic GOVERNMENT that saw the EASY SOLUTION to National Security as STOMPING on a Small business owner, who could not fight back.

6 years later now, my family is NOT living in a card board box. In fact, it is safe to say that through the Grace of God, and His Opening a door to real estate investing in March of 2001, we are now Actually doing better than we had done pre-9/11 and living the life Of our dreams, because real estate investing has given us BOTH MONEY AND TIME, something that my prior business COULD NOT do. More importantly, is the number of students I have been allowed to Teach starting with my very first class on “How I Did My First Deal In Less Than 21 Days of Making the Decision To Move Forward”. I taught this class in November of 2001 to eight people. Eight people who are now also FINANCIALLY FREE!

But this was just the beginning…
